In alignment with the EU policy for end-to-end eProcurement, two modules for the post-award phase (eOrdering and eInvoicing) will be integrated in the eProcurement platform of the Region of Sicily, which currently automates mainly the pre-award procurement phase, thus connecting both phases seamlessly.

An automated reporting solution will be deployed based on blockchain technology; and an elnvoice translation tool will be developed using standard based style sheets. The elnvoice translation tool will be made available as OpenSource and published on GitHub.
